Aesthetic gynecology is a procedure for reducing the labia minora or majora, which are congenital in nature. The procedure contributes to vaginal rejuvenation.
With the procedure, we aim to provide women with a good quality of life.
We strive to extend the feeling of youth, in a way that naturally regenerates both the hormonal status and some physical deficiencies of both the external and internal genitalia.
In this context, we use both surgical and non-surgical methods for vaginal rejuvenation.
Aesthetic Gynecology
The holistic approach to aesthetic gynecological surgery involves a combination of medically indicated procedures for reducing the hypertrophy of the labia minora or majora, which may be congenital, interventions for chronic irritation resulting from these malformations, or due to excessive hyperandrogenization. In recent years, new methods have emerged that contribute to vaginal regeneration, the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, urogenital atrophy (using laser therapy), the treatment of idiopathic dyspareunia (using radiofrequency), and addressing the consequences of autoimmune conditions such as lichen sclerosus (treated with platelet-rich plasma – PRP).
With all these procedures, supported when needed by appropriate individual hormonal treatments, the aim is to improve the quality of life for women. The goal is to prolong the sense of youthfulness by regenerating both hormonal status and certain physical deficiencies in both the external and internal genitalia as naturally as possible.
In this context, we use both surgical and non-surgical methods for vaginal rejuvenation, such as:
1. Labiaplasty
- Reduction of the labia minora
- Reduction/enlargement of the labia majora
2. Reduction of the clitoral hood
3. Surgical vaginoplasty
- Anterior colporrhaphy (front wall repair)
- Posterior colporrhaphy (back wall repair)
- Lateral colporrhaphy
4. Perineoplasty

5. Hymenoplasty (medically indicated)
Non-surgical methods for vulvovaginal rejuvenation:
1. Laser Treatment
- Vaginal regeneration

- Non-surgical “whitening” or tightening of the external genital area
2. Radiofrequency (RF) Treatment
- Vaginal regeneration, treatment of idiopathic dyspareunia
